Meet Dr. Pandolfi
Dr. Pandolfi completed his undergraduate studies at Kean University in New Jersey with a BA in Biology. He also completed ROTC training at Seton Hall University and was a Distinguished Military Graduate.
He was commissioned in the regular army as a field artillery officer in 1980. He later attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and entered the Army Dental Corps in 1987. He completed a general dentistry residency at Fort Campbell, KY and served as a general dentist with the Third Armored Division in Germany and Operation Desert Storm; and then at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York.
He then received his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Texas at Houston. He returned to Heidelberg, Germany and served as the Chief, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, U.S. Army Hospital, Heidelberg.
He retired from the Army in 2004 after over 20 years of service.
Dr. Pandolfi is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Academy of Osteointergration, American Dental Society of Anesthesia, International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion and the Harrisonburg Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Pandolfi is an advanced cardiac life support instructor and maintains hospital privileges at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Harrisonburg, Virginia. Dr. Pandolfi's office participates in most insurance plans and Smiles for Children.
